Dear vendors, artists, potential music venue and
sponsors for the May and Fall Festival events.
Registering and signing up for the festival is
the best way to be a part of the show.
A great deal of work goes into this event
for all the current sponsors, venues, and
the organizing, promotional agency
DEELEEBOB Music.Register to take part.
REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT INCLUES THE FOLLOWING:
Entertainment, BBQ, stage, artists, street sales,
any organization trying to promote during HBC Fest.
equipment and gear rentals.
ARTIST STAGES, GEAR THAT IS PROVIDED AT VENUES:
Acoustic stage:
1 or 2 mics, cables, mixer and 500watt speaker.
Band Stage:
1 to 3 mics, Drumset, bass amp, 2 guitar amps, sound system.
All provided by DEELEEBOB Studio.
BECOME A SPONSOR:
The artists at the Hae bang Chon festival event
are booked and invited to play by DEELEEBOB Music,
and this is the event organization for the
H.B.C. Bi-Annual Live music event.All events
during this time are provided by DEELEEBOB music.
Any performance needs to be coordinated
through DEELEEBOB music.
As the event sponsors and the festival owner
have had many negotiations with local
Yongsan Police and Yongsan Gu officials.
It has also become a security concern for
venues with performance related events.
The current organizer and sponsors do not
want to be responsible for venue's
that will not sponsor or do not take
part in this great event.
2015년 10주년을 맞이하는 해방촌 페스티발의
스폰서로 초대 합니다.해방촌 페스티발 이벤트에서
공연을 할 아티스트분들은 이미 예약이 되었으며
딜리밥뮤직을 통해 초대하고 공연을
펼칠 예정이며, 딜리밥뮤직은 일년에
두번 열리는 HBC 라이브뮤직 이벤트를 위한
이벤트 조직입니다. 따라서 어떤 공연이던지
딜리밥뮤직을 통해 조정되는 것이 필요합니다.
행사 스폰서들과 페스티발 오너가
용산구 경찰서와 용산구청 분들과 많은 협의를
해 왔으며, 공연 행사와 함께 업주분들의
안전등의 걱정을 해 왔습니다. 현재 조직과
스폰서들은 스폰서가 되지 않거나 이 행사에
참여를 하지 않을 업주분들에게는 책임을
지기를 원하진 않습니다.

HBC 페스티발에 참여하는 방법은
아래와 같습니다.
A) For a basic fee you may support the festival by
putting event materials in your business, you also
will get 2 festival T-shirts for the event,
and your business name will be on
the printed materials.
A) HBC행사 홍보를 위해 후원하실 경우 업주분들의
업장에 업주분들의 상호가 노출된 포스터등을 부착하고
페스티발 티셔츠 2장을 제공합니다
B) For a higher fee you may support the festival by
putting event materials in your business,
you will also get 4 festival T-shirts for the event,
and your buiness name will be on the printed
materials and the website promotions,
with a banner ad. Www.HBCfest.com
B) HBC행사 홍보를 위해 기부하실 경우 업주분들의
업장에 업주분들의 상호가 노출된 포스터등을 부착하고
페스티발 티셔츠 4장을 제공합니다. 또한 업주분의 비즈니스
상호를 홍보 인쇄물에 노출홍보하고 Www.HBCfest.com
웹사이트 프로모션에 배너 광고등으로 노출홍보 됩니다.
C) For supporting the festival with a live
performance stage.IE: Live musical artist playing
an instrument and singing. This is a 'LIVE' music fest.
Not DJ event or Karaoke.
You will need to talk to DEELEEBOB music about providing
sound systems, and stage. As well as booking performance's.
The cost for stage support will vary as the
equipment is needed. Basic festival fee for stage
plus there is an additional cost for equipment
rental for that weekend, that will be rented

The studio is located in Hae Bang Chon area it is
very easy to organize your event support.
